The only pacifier my baby took in!

helped widen gape

My IBCLC told me about this when my newborn was having a narrow gape and shallow latch despite getting a frenotomy. It took a few tries for my baby to get used to this paci but I appreciate how it encourages a wide mouth and use of his tongue - it was like suck training. I have gotten rid of all my other paci's and will be purchasing more of these.

I love how soft and squishy they are! Highly satisfied with the product itself and super excited to try these out on my baby!

My breastfed baby does not like it.

He cannot suck on it without falling , and I bougth 2 of them right away so sad😢

Our experience with the ninni was less than ideal, although I do believe that there were some personal factors that did come into play that lead us to that conclusion. One being that our 3 week year old son was already accustomed to a specific pacifier prior to our purchase, as well as the fact the he was born a month premature and did not have quite the suction power that a full term baby might have. What I can say is that he did not prefer the ninni over his previous pacifier and the soft silicon of the nipple was a bit problematic when it came to getting a good latch as it would just fold in on itself. The price was also not worth the reward in our situation. I would recommend getting this pacifier prior to birth so that your baby won’t have to adjust to a different nipple. I was pleased with the speedy delivery and quality of material used. All and all I think this could be great product in the right conditions, it just wasn’t for us.
