Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for orders placed within the United States, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Â To start a return, you can contact us at info@ninnico.com. Â
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please email us at info@ninnico.com to start your return request.
- If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Approved returns will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a $1.50 restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
To qualify for a replacement:
- The issue must be reported upon receiving your order.
- Photos of the unused product and packaging may be required.
This policy covers issues present at the time of delivery, not damage that occurs during use.
Free Gift with Purchase
If your order included a free gift item, the free gift must also be returned with any items you send back. Free gifts are tied to the original purchase and are only eligible when the full qualifying purchase is kept.
For example, if you purchased a 4-pack that included a free gift, the free gift was provided because all four items were purchased together. If you return part of that order, the order no longer qualifies for the free gift. In that case, the free gift must also be returned.
If a product is returned without the required free gift, the refund will be reduced by the current retail value of the gifted item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Sale items, gift cards and imperfect pacifiers are final sale and cannot be returned.
- International orders are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Â
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
