Ninni Co. Permission to Use Image and Video Agreement

We love your image, video, and/or caption and think others in the Ninni Co. community would love seeing it too. As you consider allowing us to share your content, we want to make sure you understand how we may use it.

By replying to our message with #yesninni, you confirm that you own the image, video, and/or caption or otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions to allow Ninni Co. to use it. If another person appears in the content, you confirm that you have the necessary permission to allow their image or likeness to be used.

You grant Ninni Co. a non-exclusive commercial right to reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and use the image, video, and/or caption in connection with Ninni Co., including on our website, social media channels, email, advertising, retail materials, and other marketing channels, either through our own services or services provided by third parties.

Your image, video, and/or caption may be cropped, resized, formatted, or used in conjunction with text, graphics, other photographs, video, or other creative materials. While Ninni Co. may make reasonable efforts to credit you or link to your account when appropriate, such credit is not required.

You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished materials incorporating your image, video, and/or caption or the advertising or marketing copy used in connection with it.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.

If you do not agree to these terms, no further action is required.
