We recommend washing the pacifier before first use with mild soap and boiling water for 3 mins. Ensure pacifier is dry before giving it to baby. Wash pacifier regularly and inspect before each use.
It’s a great choice no matter how you choose to feed your baby. Our pacifier helps maintain healthy oral motor and tooth development, while also encouraging proper jaw strength.
Breastfed babies utilize a different set of oral motor muscles when feeding and latched on to mother. In contrast to the pursed lip, tight mouth grasp babies utilize on a conventional pacifier or bottle, the NinniCo. pacifier activates the muscles and oral movement required for breastfeeding. It requires an open mouthed grasp while the baby pulls the silicone nipple portion back to the soft palate of the baby’s mouth, while the tongue does the same wormlike motion to keep it in place.
Our design is unlike anything else on the market. They may need to get used to it. Like all things new, introducing something like the NinniCo. pacifier can take some time to get used to. Help your baby acclimate by introducing it throughout the day, until the natural sucking mechanism becomes familiar. In our experience, over time, they will adjust and love it!

No, it is a two part mold. There is a solid, silicone inner ring and an external, more pliable silicone pacifier piece.

Shipping
We most certainly can fulfill wholesale/bulk orders and ship to Canada. However, we do find that shipping is a bit costly as well as unknown duties/fees upon arrival of your order.
If you would like us to provide a wholesale quote to you from our US distribution center, please let us know. Otherwise, for individual orders and bulk orders in Canada, you can reach out to our distributor there with the details of your order. They can satisfy your request while saving you shipping costs and international shipping fees.

Yes, we ship in the United States and International. International orders are nonrefundable.
Our standard turnaround for sending out orders is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. A tracking number is sent to the email address or phone number provided at the time of checkout.

We currently accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. Also, PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay and Sezzle (a Third Party payment option that allows you to buy now and pay later). To use Sezzle, you must make a minimum purchase of $35.
Refunds
For orders placed in the United States, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. International orders are nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ninnico.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will issue a refund minus cost of the shipping and $1.50 restocking fee.

Free Gift with Purchase
In the event you return an item that came with a free gift item due to purchase, the free gift item will need to be returned as well. If product is returned without free gift item a refund will be issued minus the price of the gifted item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
