Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for orders placed within the United States. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. International orders are not eligible for refunds.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please email us at info@ninnico.com to start your return request.
- If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Approved returns will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a $1.50 restocking fee.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Free Gift with Purchase
If your order included a free gift item, the free gift must also be returned with any items you send back. Free gifts are tied to the original purchase and are only eligible when the full qualifying purchase is kept.
For example, if you purchased a 4-pack that included a free gift, the free gift was provided because all four items were purchased together. If you return part of that order, the order no longer qualifies for the free gift. In that case, the free gift must also be returned.
If a product is returned without the required free gift, the refund will be reduced by the current retail value of the gifted item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, gift cards and imperfect pacifiers are final sale and cannot be returned.
- International orders are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To qualify for a replacement:
- The issue must be reported upon receiving your order.
- Photos of the unused product and packaging may be required.
This policy covers issues present at the time of delivery, not damage that occurs during use.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, it may take up to 10-14 days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
