Processing Times
The delivery estimate shown at checkout is generated by the shipping carrier based on transit time after the package leaves our fulfillment center.

All retail orders should ship within 5-7 business days of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends). 

While we work hard to ship orders out in the order they come in, larger orders and orders with multiple items can have a slightly longer processing time. 

🇺🇸 U.S. Standard Shipping: typically delivered in 2-8 business days via USPS Ground Advantage once leaving the fulfillment center. 

🌎 International Shipping: Shipped with FedEx or USPS International. Delivery time varies based on destination and can range from 7-21 business days depending on the location and customs clearance. Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping time frames are not guaranteed. Once we hand the package over to the carrier, shipping and handling is unfortunately out of our control. During periods of high volume, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable factors, shipping can sometimes take longer than 2-8 business days once it's left our fulfillment center.
