Finally found a pacifier my breastfed baby takes! Its a learning curve but if you're patient and help your baby learn, they will take it! Yes, the silicone is soft, but its exactly how it should be. Most like the breast. We love these! Thank you so much! It's been a game changer

I see a lot of 1 star reviews saying it’s too flimsy and it folds which is true but I’ve found the technique is to place you finger gently on the inside to prevent it from folding inward until a latch is established and it works just fine. I love that’s it’s super soft and to me this texture resembles breast tissue way better than the hard silicone type options. Also the shape of the pacifier’s nipple resembles a real nipple and the way it’s manipulated inside the baby’s mouth is very similar to a real nipple. It’s the only pacifier that I know of right now that is shaped like this compared to traditional pacifiers which can cause oral malformations.

I wanted to love these, my baby is breast and bottle fed. But these just don’t match the same texture and fullness of my boob/nipple. Hopefully in the future they are a little more thicker.

I recently ordered a Ninni Co. pacifier and was really looking forward to trying it out with my baby in the NICU. While the overall design is nice, I’ve found that the nipple is too soft, which causes it to collapse and not stay protruded. This made it difficult for my baby to latch onto it and actually suck effectively. I saw similar feedback in other reviews and, unfortunately, had the same experience. For us, this product just didn’t work as expected. I hope they consider making improvements to the firmness in the future.
