I ordered a set that included 2 paci’s, a paci clip, and a case. Received my order about two weeks ago and I did not receive the case. Have attempted multiple times to get in contact with someone to fix this issue or at least begin a return and it’s been total silence. DO NOT
ORDER FROM HERE. Customer service is awful and not dependable as they won’t communicate at all with you. Not worth the stress or hassle.

I must preface this by saying my baby is simply a boob baby and will refuse pacifiers while with me I still have yet to see if he’ll take it more often while with his grandparents. But this pacifier IS THEE BEST, he’s latched onto it a few times, and that’s way more than he’s ever done with other top brand pacifiers. This is thee only pacifier he has latched onto like the actual boob. It’s so soft and I love how it collapses into itself like a natural nipple can do, that shows an extreme attention to detail that I truly appreciate as a breastfeeding mom. Thank you guys so much!

I ordered a pacifier for my son almost 2 weeks ago now and still haven’t received it. Can’t get ahold of nobody to talk to them I got a email that it was delayed days ago and tracking still hasn’t updated. If I don’t get it I just wasted 20$.
