For a lip and tongue tie baby, this pacifier gave us the peace of mind knowing it won’t be as impactful on the palate forming and a pacifier that our daughter will actually maintain contact with. Truly grateful for the recommendation from our lactation consultant.

Great paci, limited holder options

We love this paci! It’s great for breastfed babies, especially ones that have a stronger gag reflex (the soothies are so stiff and long). However, I’m very disappointed with the newer style that no longer has the hole in the tab! You can’t attach this paci to anything unless it’s a small cord on one of the holes up against the baby’s face. I don’t like it touching their faces, and it also gets saturated in drool or snot when it’s that close. I have a Ninni Co pacifier clip with a cord, but I don’t like metal clips. Honestly, I’m just too lazy to constantly clip and unclip every time the baby’s position changes, and the hard metal clip gets in the way whether clipped or not. I prefer the little soft animals that somehow keep the pacis from getting lost better than anything else I’ve tried, and are so easy to find at night. Ryan and Rose makes one with a silicone strap that fits perfectly through the older Ninni Co pacis, but can’t be used with the newer style. I very much hope that Ninni Co goes back to the hole in the tab style. If not, I’ll probably find a similar paci from another brand when these eventually get lost (because without a paci attachment, and with lots of siblings moving baby around, getting lost is nearly inevitable, lol). Also, just a note to those who are like me and didn’t think about the fact that silicone is used in baking, you can’t use a soldering iron and melt a hole. I mean, technically you can, it took forever, but I did, but it makes the silicone very brittle. I don’t expect the tab to hold out long now. I think one good tug when someone doesn’t realize it’s stuck under something will be the end of it. My husband is going to try to drill a hole in one of the others I have, but I’m kind of envisioning it mostly just shredding and crumbling. I’m not very sciencey, but I imagine however the silicone molecules are structured, they’re only super durable if they aren’t compromised by high and constant heat or forced to separate after being molded, once you finally manage to get a hole in it, it’s like a hole in a knit sweater… just fyi). The pic is my makeshift “melted” hole (trying to show the tear that formed when the iron tip finally started to slowly go through, and the grainy/brittle interior).

Good quality

I bought this for my breastfeed baby in hopes that she would like it. I have tried 6 different brands but she didn't care for them. She tried the Ninni pasi but she still doesn't like it. It is good quality but sadly my baby doesn't care for it. I would have given it 5 starts if she finally ended up liking it.

Good but needs a tad bit tougher

Baby wants to like it , however it’s a tad too collapsible . I wish it was just a tad bit tougher .

She loves it!

My little one is so fussy in the evenings and has trouble settling down to nurse and ends up choking and screaming louder! This pacifier is the only on that she will take. We’ve tried more traditionally-shaped pacifiers and she makes a face and spits them out. She sucks on this one so contentedly and it has greatly improved those difficult evening hours! The only drawback is that she doesn’t keep it in her mouth very well and it pops out every few minutes which makes her frustrated. We often have to help her hold it in her mouth but we’re hoping that she’ll get the hang of it soon!

First pacifier that my baby accepted on the first try. Haven’t had an issue since.
