I reached out trying to return paci, my baby didn’t like it the end of it would just go in everytime he sucked on it. No one ever reached back out to me about trying to return it. So now I just have this $19 paci that my baby doesn’t like that just sits in a drawer now.

Introduce before any other pacifier other wise you won’t get baby to latch.
Unfortunately baby did not take to this pacifier. It's very very soft and he struggled to keep hold of it in his mouth. I know it works for some kids - just not for ours!
