For a lip and tongue tie baby, this pacifier gave us the peace of mind knowing it won’t be as impactful on the palate forming and a pacifier that our daughter will actually maintain contact with. Truly grateful for the recommendation from our lactation consultant.

Ive found it doesnt really work as a pacifier. Only can use for suck training. Wish it was advertised as that. It is too soft to stay in babys mouth.

Shipping

Shipping is horrible, I still have not yet received it. It’s been over 7 days and it’s still processing.

HORRIBLE!

Do not buy! It’s a waste of money these do not work. They collapse when you put them in your babies mouth. Worst pacifier I’ve used thus far.

Disappointed

Nothing regarding the product, solely speaking on costumer service. I had placed my order on Sept 17th. A week later I looked at my order status and it was sitting in transit since Sept 18th . I reached out to the company and they stated that the item shipped and to keep an eye on it with the tracking number when it hits transit . 3 more days passed and item was still not moved, I reached back out to the company asking if they new the status of my package. They responded stating that they cannot do anything till October 2nd because it had not been 14 days till it shipped. Morning of October 2nd I emailed them stating that my package still had not moved since Sept 18th and they responded that my package was lost in transit. They asked if I would like a full refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement item to be sent. 5 days later it arrived. All to say just EXTREMELY disappointed with how this was handled. Sadly will not be purchasing again. I think there are better options out there for pacifiers that you can either go buy from the store or order from target or Walmart and will be at your home within the week and would be half the price.

Unfortunately doesn't work

I've tried for more than 5 days to have my baby (12 weeks old) take the pacifier. I unfortunately had high hopes after all I've read. It's not really the company's fault, they have good videos and info on the website / social media on how to introduce it, but my baby just bites on it, starts smiling because he thinks it's a toy, or screams. Good that I only bought one to test!
