Poor customer service. Still haven’t received my order

I have contacted multiple times via email as the tracking is invalid requesting a proper tracking number and no replies at all. So I called the American phone number at my expense went to voicemail. They called me back left a voicemail saying it can take up to 30 days still did not provide a tracking number. Up to 30 days for delivery and I paid $22 for shipping and it said 5-7 days estimated. Still haven’t been able to talk to someone and no email replies.

These are way too soft the nipple kept shrinking and inverting every time I tried giving it to my baby and she hated it. Sadly I can’t return.

I'm no longer the pacifier

I can actually have my husband help soothe our son since getting these. It took him a few tries to get the hang of it but since then he love his ninnico! I've also noticed his latch has gotten better since using the ninnico.

Disappointed how fast these break

Let me start out by saying, my son loves these, and they are the only pacifier he will take. HOWEVER, they rip SO easily. Because they are so pliant, the part where it starts to widen gets holes so quickly. Customer service says that this is normal 🙄🙄 for the price i pay for these they should last longer than a month. Just really disappointed because my son won’t take another pacifier and I’m stuck buying these that break every few weeks.
