I just received my order and unfortunately I'm pretty disappointed and grossed out. Both pacifiers had hair on them. One was more of a pet hair, shorter and dark, and the second pacifier had one long black hair wrapped around it. Additionally, one pacifier has a hair stick inside where the 2 plastics meet. I have no idea how to clean it to get that hair out that's in-between the 2 layers.
Also I sent them a message about this 3 days ago, and never got a response.

I ordered two of these pacifiers and I never received them. I have tried reaching out to the company 3 times and no response. I am upset I had to pay for the products and shipping when I didn’t even receive them

The pacifier is a good idea and made well. Very soft. My baby does not take it. Can not get it into his mouth, and when he does it wount stay in.
