If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a bundle on June 14th with two pacifiers and it came with a free pacifier clip. On June 26th, I received a notification my order had been refunded out of nowhere, but only partially. They refunded me for the pacifiers but not for the clip that was supposed to be free in the first place!! So they kept the money to cover the pacifier clip… the one that was supposed to be a gift… I reached out to their support team and it’s been days of waiting with no resolution. It’s not that difficult. If you’re not sending me the products I paid for, then REFUND ME MY FULL AMOUNT. I honestly really wanted to love this company as I heard they’re one of the best for breastfed babies but their customer service and communication is ridiculously bad. Super disappointed.
I received this in a promotion, and do think it is cute. However, its a little stiff and uncomfortable. I also, question if the beads can come off posing as a choking hazard. For now baby is young enough, But i will be switching it as shes older
Love this a lot aside from the metal clip. My son figured out how to open it and kept trying to eat the metal clip and hurt himself.
I love them and so does my daughter. They’re so easy to use. My grandson loves to teeth on them. And he has seven teeth!!
I lovee it to pair with my plum pacifier 🫶🏼 its so cute!
